These hikes and walks are suitable for individuals, couples, married folks, friends, groups, people on holiday, and in general people looking to get outdoors and enjoy a magnificent hike / walk in nature.
Generally these hikes and walks are not suitable for children under the age of twelve.
As a hike / walk participant you can select a theme for the hike / walk. For instance, happiness, peak performance, stress reduction, and so on. Furthermore, you can specify a theme outcome that you require me as your hike / walk leader, and professionally certified coach, to facilitate, unpack and realise during your hike / walk.
